Dr Christensen and his staff were the best! Everything was quick and smooth. They were very nice and well organized. I was in and out of there in no time. And my recovery was pain free. I highly recommend Wasatch Oral Surgery!

I will give a four star rating for the caring and kindness of the staff and also for the caring, straight-forwardness, and ability of Dr. Christensen. However I would rate them lower for organization. I took my sister in to have all of her teeth removed and immediate denture placement and we had to reschedule because the dentures weren't there. The lab had delivered them to the regular dentist instead of to Wasatch Oral Surgery. I understand that mistakes happen and that the mistake in delivery wasn't Wasatch Oral Surgery's fault, but I think if you have a patient coming in first thing on a Monday morning then it should be the office's responsibility to make sure they have everything they need for the appointment. After all, the patient is expected to have payment ready. Shortly before my sister's rescheduled appointment she received a call asking if she could come in a half hour later. Again, I understand delays and don't mind being flexible. However, we waited for half an hour past our rescheduled time before I asked if my sister would be taken back soon. After rescheduling twice and waiting half an hour it would have been nice if someone would have communicated with us and reassured us my sister would be seen as soon as possible. Again, Dr. Christensen has a very kind and calm manner and was good to answer questions. The office staff is friendly and the assistants are very caring. I just thought if I spoke up about things that didn't go smoothly that the feedback would be helpful.
